What happens if I don’t select a fragrance for a particular month?
Don't worry, we've got you covered! We'll send you our carefully curated scent of the month, so you'll always have something to spritz on. Whether it's the male or female scent of the month, will depend on what preference you chose at registration. But if you want to pick your own scent every month, feel free to head over to our product page and make your selection.
What does the queue function mean when choosing products?
The queue determines the order in which you receive your chosen fragrances. For example, the first slot represents the first fragrance you will receive, the second slot represents the second fragrance you will receive, and so on.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, it will! But don't stress. If you change your mind and don't want to continue with your subscription, you can cancel it no later than one day prior to your scheduled billing date. You can find your billing date in the 'my account' section. Just think of it as a reminder of when you'll be billed, just in case you need to budget for another month of fragrance delight!
How long will It take to receive my first subscription?
You’re subscription will be delivered within 3-5 working days from date of billing.
Are your fragrances the real deal?
Absolutely! We only deal with authorised wholesalers or the brands themselves to ensure that every scent we carry is the real deal. No knock-offs, imitations, or fakes allowed. So go ahead and spritz with confidence, knowing that your nose will only smell the good stuff.
How many fragrances do I get in my monthly subscription?
Right now we're only offering one scent of your choosing per month. But keep an eye out for updates, we'll have more options for you to sniff out soon!
How much does a SimpleScents subscription cost?
Our monthly standard plan is €16.20 per month and our premium plan is €18.35 per month. Our premium plan gives you access to a wider range of more premium scents.
Can I try a single month?
Yes, as long as you cancel before the next monthly billing period. We are a month-to-month fragrance subscription service, but you can cancel anytime. You can also pause your subscription at any time.
Will I receive one of those fancy travel cases with my subscription order?
Of course! You will receive our stylish aluminium travel case FREE with your first order. Every month thereafter you will receive the vial in our eco-friendly packaging to reload your travel case. How convenient!
Can I send my fragrance to someone else?
Yes, within your account you can control your addresses. Just make sure you give us plenty notice, or it might not go through! Just remember to change it back after your month ships otherwise, they will continue to receive future months scents until you change it back.
How does my fancy travel case work?
To open, twist the bottom section to the right. To close, twist the bottom section to the left. To remove the vial to display the name of the perfume you're carrying, twist the bottom section to the right to open – then pull out the atomiser.
Can I choose from both men’s and women’s fragrance?
Absolutely! Just switch between both catalogs and add your desired scents to your fragrance queue.
How much does shipping cost?
Not a penny, Shipping with our monthly subscription is free! We deliver your package straight through your letterbox each month, so you don’t have to worry about not being home.
What countries do you ship to?
We are currently only shipping to the Republic of Ireland. However, keep an eye out for updates, and soon you'll be able to spritz with the best of them, no matter where you are!
Can I return my fragrance if I don't like it?
Unfortunately, we don't offer returns on our monthly plan. But, if your package arrives damaged or if you received the wrong scent, you have 15 days after delivery to return the purchase in its original condition. How do your referrals work?
Want to score some freebies on your next order? All you have to do is refer a friend! Once a subscriber refers a friend, the friend will receive an email containing a link. If they subscribe through this link you both get credit of €16.20 on the following months order!
How do I add premium products to my queue?
Once subscribed to a premium membership you can add and change premium fragrances to your queue! Your first months order isn’t locked in until midnight from when you subscribe. If you subscribed to a standard subscription but would like to upgrade to premium you can do so directly through your dashboard!
How do I upgrade my subscription?
In the dashboard section you will see an option to manage your subscription. Hit upgrade to premium and your set! Please note this will add an extra day onto the delivery time.
Am I subscribed ?
To find out head over to your dashboard, if you have an active subscription you will see the details of your subscription here. Some subscriptions can be incomplete, this is the case when payment information is missing.
Can I send someone a gift subscription?
Of course you can! In fact, we highly recommend it! You have the option of a 3, 6 or 12 month gift subscription, so you can pick the perfect length of time to suit your budget and the recipient's preferences.
How do gift subscriptions work?
On the date you chose, your lucky recipient will receive an email from us with your personalized message and a link that's good for one-time use only. They'll set up their account and pick out their perfumes. You can also opt to get this email sent to yourself so you can present the gift in person! And don't worry, we won't automatically charge them after the gift subscription ends, but if they love it, they can always subscribe themselves. Or, you can always surprise them again with another gift subscription.
