DISCLAIMER: Simplescents is a wholly independent and separate entity from the manufacturers and brand owners of the designer fragrances we offer. Simplescents asserts that the contents are genuine product independently rebottled and repackaged by Simplescents. The perfumes on our website are absolutely NOT imitations or copies of brand perfumes and are 100% authentic and original. Simplescents is not associated in any way with the brand, designer, or designer's manufacturer, and we have no contract or agreement authorizing us to rebottle or repackage the fragrance.
- PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions, colours, sizes, prices, or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All material and information presented by SimpleScents is intended to be used for personal educational or informational purposes only. All products should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions, and guidelines. You should always check the ingredients for products to avoid potential allergic reactions. - NOTICE AND PROCEDURES FOR MAKING CLAIMS COPYRIGHT OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT
We may, in our sole discretion, disable and/or terminate use by users who infringe the intellectual property of others. - REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
As we are a perfume discovery service, we do not offer refunds or returns on monthly subscription box choices, so please choose carefully.
Gift Subscriptions
You can purchase a gift subscription for someone by pre=paying the subscription fee. All gift subscriptions are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Your Account
You may choose to create an account on the Site by registering with us or using third-party sign on services (e.g., Facebook Connect). If you use a third-party sign on service, you expressly authorize SimpleScents to access your account information maintained by identified third-party data service providers, on your behalf in connection with your use of the Site. Your registration is subject to our review and approval, and we reserve the right not to approve, or withdraw approval of, your registration at any time for any reason. In registering an account, you agree to provide, maintain, and update information that is true, accurate, current, and complete about yourself.
When you register an account, you will select an email address/username and password to be used to access your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username, and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these terms or if we decide, at our sole discretion, that it would be in our best interests to do so.
- SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver your product to the address provided at the time of your order. Once the package is dispatched, the address cannot be changed. An Post handles the delivery of SimpleScents products. We ship orders exclusively on Mondays and Thursdays. In the event of a delay, we will notify you in writing. We guarantee that your order will be delivered no later than 30 days after order confirmation. If delivery within this timeframe is not possible due to unforeseeable circumstances, you have the option to either (a) immediately request a refund of the amount paid for the product, or (b) have another product of equal value sent as a replacement.
After the First Month
By the second month, all subscribers fall on our regular billing and shipping cycle, meaning that your further products will be shipped on receipt of your subscription debit.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS
With respect of SimpleScents subscriptions subject to automatic renewal, you agree that SimpleScents may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you wish to terminate this authorization or to change your payment method. You agree that such notice will not affect charges submitted before SimpleScents reasonably could act.
Monthly Subscriptions
By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by SIMPLESCENTS after the expiration date of your payment card.
Automatic monthly renewal terms
Your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive monthly periods and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive monthly period at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your Monthly Subscription renewal.
Cancellation policy for monthly renewal terms
For your convenience, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your membership, simply visit your Profile and click on the "Cancel Subscription" link located beneath manage subscription to begin the cancellation process. Please note: We do not currently offer refunds for first-time shipments or renewed subscriptions. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, please be sure to cancel prior to your next billing date. If your subscription is cancelled after you've been billed, you'll receive your remaining shipment(s) and your cancellation will prevent future billing. Due to the expedited processing turnaround for first-time shipments, we're unable to cancel your shipment once your order has been placed. If you've cancelled your subscription immediately after subscribing, you can still expect to receive your first shipment, but your plan will not renew. If your subscription has renewed for a multi-month plan and you wish to revert back to a month-to-month plan, simply reach out to Support and let us know. We're happy to help take care of that!
You can also cancel your subscription renewal by by emailing us. SimpleScents will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests within seven business days from the receipt of the cancellation request.
- LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, SimpleScents liability in relation to any product purchased as a consequence of your use of this web site is limited to the lesser of: (a) the replacement of any product purchased; and (b) the purchase price paid by you to SimpleScents for the product. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, loss or corruption of data, loss of profits, goodwill, bargain or opportunity or loss of anticipated savings resulting from your access to, or use of, or inability to use this website and the content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we know of the possibility of such damage. If a jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability in accordance with this paragraph but allows a limitation of a certain maximum extent, then our liability is limited to that extent.
- INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold SimpleScents, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or licensors, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, due to or arising out of (a) any content or materials posted on or submitted to the Site by you; (b) your material, uncured breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, any applicable laws that protect us, or our legal rights or those of any third party whose legal rights your actions have damaged; and (c) all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password.

You may terminate these terms by providing written notice to us. Upon such termination, you shall cease all use of the Site and we shall be permitted to delete your account and any and all information associated therewith. We may, with or without prior notice, terminate any of the rights granted by these terms. You shall comply immediately with any termination or other notice, including, as applicable, by ceasing all use of the Site.

- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site and all content on the Site are provided to you on an "as is, as available" basis without warranty of any kind. We make no representations or warranties that use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error free, or as to any results that may be obtained by use of the Site. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability or availability of the Site or any content available through the Site. You expressly agree that your use of the site is at your sole risk.
Our fragrance subscription service allows subscribers to receive monthly deliveries of various scents and fragrances. However, on rare instances, we reserve the right to change the subscription status of a fragrance from standard to premium, update the perfume concentration from eau de toilette to eau de parfum and vice versa, update scent notes, the description and update the appropriate bottle image. These changes are made to improve the subscriber's fragrance experience and to accommodate fluctuations in the supply chain and the availability of certain fragrances.
Please note that we will never change a product entirely, including changing the brand of the fragrance or the brands product line. If a fragrance is no longer available for sale, it will be deleted from our catalog without prior notice, and the subscriber will receive our curated scent of the month as a replacement.
By subscribing to our fragrance service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and the right of our company to make such changes on rare occasions as we see fit. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to update the information on our website promptly, but we cannot guarantee that all fragrance information will always be up-to-date.

- SITE PROMOTIONS
From time to time, SimpleScents may offer certain special promotions, features, or events (such as competitions, discounts, or other offerings) (collectively, "Promotions"). These Promotions may be subject to additional terms in addition to or in lieu of these Terms and may be offered by us or by third parties. We will disclose details for such Promotions (such as eligibility requirements, dates of availability, contents of the Promotion, etc.) when offered, and if you choose to take advantage of any Promotion, you agree that your participation will be subject to such additional terms or other guidelines, rules, and/or policies.
The following applies to all promotions, but if different from these terms, the Promotion details on the Site will control:
(1) Dates of availability are assumed to be from 12:00:01 am GMT on the start date through 11:59:59 pm GMT on the end date. All times are Greenwich Mean Time zone. Daylight savings is in effect when applicable.
(2) An eligible purchase must be completed on SimpleScents.ie during the dates of availability as specified. Purchases prior to or after the dates of availability are not eligible.
(3) Promotions are only available while supplies last. A promotion may expire early due to limited quantities on gift with purchase items.
(4) All requirements of the promotion as specified must be met in order to successfully redeem a promotion. This may include but is not limited to; purchasing a specific product, making a purchase for a specific dollar amount, being signed in as a registered member, or having specific information in your membership account.
(5) A promotion may not be compatible or used with other promotions on the same order.
(7) SimpleScents reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify part or all of any promotional offer at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion.
(6) Promotional offer has no cash value and cannot be resold or transferred.
(8) Returns must include any promotional gift(s) to qualify for full refund. Partial returns must include any promotional gift(s) to quality for a partial refund if the unreturned portion of the order fails to meet the original requirements to qualify for the promotional gift. Promotional gifts may not be exchanged.
- ABUSE OF INTRODUCTORY OFFERS
- Single Use Per Customer: Our introductory offer is limited to one per customer. This offer is intended to provide new customers with a chance to experience our service at a discounted rate. Creating multiple accounts to redeem the introductory offer more than once is strictly prohibited.
- Account Verification: SimpleScents reserves the right to verify the identity of any customer and to take steps to prevent misuse of our introductory offers. This may include, but is not limited to, tracking IP addresses, requesting additional identification, or using other means of verification.
- Reporting Abuse: Customers are encouraged to report any suspected abuse of our offers to our support team at info@simplescents.ie. We take these reports seriously and will take appropriate action to ensure fair usage for all customers.
- Right to Amend: SimpleScents reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
- Violation of Terms: If it is determined that a customer has created multiple accounts to exploit the introductory offer, SimpleScents reserves the right to:
- Cancel all affected accounts and orders without prior notice.
- Revoke any discounts or promotional benefits obtained through such accounts.
- Deny access to future promotional offers.
